Employee S. Weber:
I think it is very important to overcome disagreements quickly so that the client and the employee concerned are both satisfied.
It is also important to me that the processes in the company are clearly defined and that no uncertainties arise due to constant changes that have not been recorded. In this respect, I find it also very helpful that our documents are always up-to-date. There’s no need for long, pointless searches, only to discover that you have an outdated form.
Our IT systems also help me to keep an overview of what’s going on, because everything is documented and recorded. Every step is traceable, and I know where the problem immediately if something doesn’t go to plan. This reduces the error rate and increases client satisfaction, which in my opinion is the ultimate goal, especially as a service provider.

For me, quality management is a successful interaction between all departments in our company, tried and tested, jointly-developed work processes as well as the satisfaction of all employees and clients.
